Delete it from the app
The steps are the same on iPhone and Android.
- Open the Rig tab and tap Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE, then tap Delete My Account. The app clears its data from your phone and signs you out.
Removing the app from your phone doesn't delete your account.
Ask us by email
Send an email from the address on your RigSense account:
Writing from your account's address is how we know the request is yours. Once we've matched it to your account, we start the deletion, and from there it runs the same way as a deletion in the app.
Can't write from that address? If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, for example, write from another address and tell us which account it's about. We may ask you to show it's yours before we delete anything.

Cancel a subscription separately
Deleting your account doesn't cancel RigSense Connected. Apple or Google Play bills it, so cancel it with them. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On Android, open your subscriptions in Google Play.
