Active fires nearby and a fire risk level, so you know before you set up.
Free boondocking spots, mapped for your rig
Spot Discovery is a map of campgrounds and community-reported free dispersed camping spots. You can filter the map by free only, electric hookups, road difficulty, and whether your rig's length fits. The map shows 5,500+ federal campgrounds from Recreation.gov plus community-submitted spots. The community set is small and grows as people add theirs.
BLM, USFS and NPS boundaries sit on the map. A boundary doesn't mean camping is allowed there, so check the managing agency's rules.
Every pin carries Location Insight
A spot is more than a dot on a map. Tap a pin and you get the details that decide whether you stay:
An estimate of cell service from nearby towers, which matters if you work from the road.
Light pollution for the spot, for anyone chasing a clear night sky.
Current weather and elevation. The full forecast is part of RigSense Connected.
